This 1913 home has been lovingly rebuilt with vintage hardwood floors, custom solid walnut doors, and crystal glass doorknobs throughout. The main house sleeps up to 9 across a king primary suite, queen second bedroom, twin bed in the third bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed in the flexible parlor/office. The chef's kitchen features a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and Taj Mahal Quartzite counters. The living room has a gas fireplace and MartinLogan sound system.
The private 650 sq ft guest house has its own entrance, full kitchen, queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a living room with a LoveSac sofa that doubles as an extra sleeping spot.
Out back: a stone outdoor kitchen under a cedar pergola, gas firepit, hot tub, and a real grass lawn — all shared between both homes.

Guests have full access to the entire main house and the private guest house, including the shared backyard, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and hot tub. The guest house has its own private entrance and patio, separate from the main house. Keyless entry codes are provided before arrival.

The property is centrally located in Santa Rosa, an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. While a car works well for exploring Wine Country independently, many guests prefer to leave the driving to us — we offer a private 11-passenger wine tour van and a 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade so your whole group can taste freely without a designated driver. San Francisco International Airport is approximately 1 hour south, and airport pickup is available through our Escalade service.

Property notes: the main house and guest house share the backyard, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen, so if booking only one unit, you may see guests of the other unit using these shared spaces. Real grass lawn — pet-friendly if approved in advance. The third main-house bathroom has a shower only (no tub). Soap and basic toiletries are stocked.
