Upon arrival to the house, it was obvious that the pool and hot tub were dirty. Called Gaetan, who in my opinion was dismissive. He requested I send him pictures of the pool and hot tub. Only then would he send one of his "team members" out to visually inspect our concerns. Well, his team member was in total agreement and did an excellent job-spending over an hour there cleaning the pool and the hot tub. Gaetan stated that the pool and the hot tub were serviced the day before. Which clearly was untrue. So, we spent the first 2.5 hours of our stay managing the communication, sending pictures, and watching the cleaning of the pool and hot tub. Gaetan offered no apology. Oh, and just so you know-if you want to heat the pool during your stay-Gaetan quoted us $240/day. Total of $1200 for 5 nights. We passed. Otherwise, the house was clean and a great space for our large group. We did enjoy the patio area with large seating. Also had an excellent outside grill/kitchen.
A Family Paradise! We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home highly enough. The backyard is a total dream. It has an incredible ambiance that makes it the perfect spot to relax and roast smores in the evenings, while still being a functional heaven for the kids with the inflatables and toys, basketball, and pool and tub. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. We recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat!
