Bedroom 3: Two queen-sized beds, offering plenty of sleeping space. Bedroom 4: One king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Open Concept Living Room: Spacious and filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and stunning mountain views. Dining Area: Elegant dining table seating 8, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Outdoor Space Pool & Spa: Relax and soak up the sun in your own private oasis with a sparkling pool and hot tub. The pool is 35 feet long and heated to 85 degrees free of charge. The hot tub is heated on demand free of charge, using a remote in the kitchen. Patio: Outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco meals. One full propane tank is provided. Covered Lounge Area: Comfortable seating area for relaxing in the shade. Fire Pit: Cozy up under the stars with a glass of wine by the fire pit. One full propane tank is provided. Front Patio: Comfortable seating and a fireplace, perfect for escaping windy days. Game Room Converted Garage: Equipped with a pool table, workout equipment, smart TV, and lounging area. As part of these requirements, guests must complete and sign a “Rules & Regulations” agreement prior to arrival, and we are required to collect a valid government-issued ID from at least one guest for verification purposes. We understand these steps may feel inconvenient, but they are mandatory under city regulations and help ensure we remain compliant with our short-term rental permit requirements. Failure to follow these procedures could result in penalties or suspension of our rental permit by the City of Palm Springs. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe and responsible hosting experience in Palm Springs. Lisa and Gaetan were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process — quick to respond and always helpful. The place itself was stunning, tastefully decorated and well thought out in every detail. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better. Felt very comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. A seamless experience start to finish. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.
